EMBROIDERY

We offer an in house embroidery service to help you fulfil your uniform and promotional requirements. Please email our sales staff with details of what you require together with your artwork attached so we can provide you with a quote. Please note that as each job is custom made to your requirements prices will vary for each job depending on different factors. We have no minimum order requirements. No job too big or small.

Pricing for Embroidery (All prices Inc GST)

If you require larger embroidery, this service is available, however as this is custom made to your requirements prices will vary accordingly for each job and so please email us with your requirements for an obligation free quote today. Embroideries on caps, beanies, sleeves require other kind of setups and there could be an additional charge.

Artwork Requirements

If you have already had your logo set up for embroidery (digitised) we require the file in Tajima .DST format. If you have previously had a logo set up for embroidery, we may be able to convert it into our preferred format. If you have not previously had your logo set up for embroidery, a full embroidery set up (or digitising) will be required. We prefer a high quality .PDF file, but can work from a high quality .JPG or similar.

Embroidery Pricing and Information

Information

Embroidery is a way of decorating a garment being a hat, shirt, pants, shorts, jackets, bags, dresses and more. Companies are able to have their logos and/or names put on their uniforms. We have available a variety colours and there are many different fonts for logos and names to be used for embroidery. There are many fabrics that can have embroidery done on them. All embroidery is done in house and the turnaround time is 10-14 days. Western Work Wear have over 300 clients and would like to assist you with your embroidery queries.

 

Set-up Fee

The set-up fee is a one-off fee that is paid to have the logo digitised and finalised after approval. A set-up fee is a onetime payment for a logo, it won’t have to be paid for again unless setting up a new logo or making changes to a logo. The set-up fee does not include the price of the logos for garments.

  • Set-up fee for up to 3 lines of text (6-10cm) $15.00
  • Set-up fee for a logo with NO background (6-10cm) $45.00
  • Set-up fee for a logo WITH background (6-10cm) $45.00
  • NO Set-up fee for a name on shirts (small)

 

Embroidery Pricing

When decorating less than 6 garments at a time the price for embroidery is $7.00 per logo or name on each garment. Artwork charges may apply if you cannot provide artwork that meets these requirements or if we need to make significant or recreate your artwork as we require specific file formats, either JPG, EPS, PDF.

  • Up to 3 lines of text (6-10cm) $7.50 cost including GST
  • Logo with NO background (6-10cm) $8.50 cost including GST
  • Logo WITH background (6-10cm) $10.50 cost including GST
  • Names on shirts (small) $5.50 cost including GST
  • Towels with a name $16.00 cost including GST (NO set-up fee)
  • Towels with up to 3 lines of text $30.00 cost including GST (NO set-up fee)
