About us
Our story
At the heart of Western Workwear, you’ll find a dedicated family business helmed by Rebecca Baxter and Sean Healey, a dynamic duo who bring hands-on expertise, local heart, and genuine passion to WA’s workwear and uniform scene.
REBECCA BAXTER
Rebecca is the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of Western Workwear. With more than 4 years of experience in the business (previously under Lisa and Gary), she truly understands the needs of tradies, farmers, chefs, and regional professionals. Her approachable, bubbly personality and authentic customer service have built a loyal following among locals and companies alike.
Rebecca is known for going the extra mile for her customers, whether that means sourcing hard-to-find sizes, talking through product details, or quickly solving the nitty-gritty of embroidery orders. She values simplicity, transparency, and efficiency, helping customers get what they need quickly so they can get back to work.
SEAN HEALEY
Sean is a qualified chef by trade, bringing a real-world perspective to the range of products Western Workwear offers, especially for hospitality and chef clients. He’s passionate about comfort, quality, and providing just the right fit, whether it’s for busy kitchens, building sites, or out on the farm. Sean’s vision includes growing into new ventures and supporting the next generation with a hands-on attitude and a no-nonsense approach.
